Birthday Event on Sept 2009

This is our first birthday event to celebrate birthday for all our staff together whose birthday fall on that month.

First of all, we collected funds which office staff as well as Senior Supervisor and Supervisor contributed RM5 per month and production operators contributed RM1 per month. All those money is collected for event use. So this time we use the money to buy gifts and cakes to celebrate all the staff’s birthday once a month.

All of them were happy while received the present and cake. This will be their unforgettable memory.

Esther’s Birthday Gathering

Slide show Night 20 Aug 2009

We organized a slide show for those workers that do not go for training. They need to understand why their leaders & supervisors go for training and what is this training about. That’s why, we prepare a slide show which contains pictures that we took that day and a short video. We also prepared some shacks and drinks for them to enjoy the show.

On that night, they all sit on the floor and concentrate to the show. They laughed and shouted when they saw their leaders and supervisors behave totally different.

After the show, we had a great dance and all felt very happy. Although we were tired, but we felt it’s worth and we are planning to have another.
